TheHoneyBShop was created and founded in July of 2015. Shan, owner, creator, and designer, got her first planner that summer. When she went searching for stickers, she couldn’t find any that spoke to her, being the quirky individual she is. Before the planner arrived in her hands, she was designing away in Microsoft word for some printable stickers she was going to make herself. Of course, after stumbling head first into the planner community, she joined tons of planner / stationery groups and posted her creations. She realized other crafters were interested in her designs and that’s when TheHoneyBShop was... well, not born, but re-invented! TheHoneyBShop originally was created when Shan was in high-school to sell photography prints on Etsy. (And unfortunately, had no customers!) She knew her dreams were always to be some type of entrepreneur, as it runs in the family. She re-opened the virtual doors that summer, and shortly after in September of 2015, Shan saved the funds from her digital sales and transformed TheHoneyBShop into a physical planner sticker shop!

It wasn’t until 2016, that Shan realized being an artist could help elevate her business and set her niche. That’s when THBS became a “doodle” shop. Over the last few years, the business evolved from printables, to stickers, to being a full planner / stationery brand with a subscription tied into the mix. From Microsoft word, to learning Procreate and her love for digital art, to becoming self-taught in Illustrator, TheHoneyBShop is truly a business based off lots of love, honey, determination, passion, and the fire that fuels Shan’s soul. She puts her everything into this business and is so proud and honored to be able to share her talents with you. Shan created THBS in the darkest time of her life, and never knew THBS would be the light she was craving. She knew in her heart she wanted to be a small business owner, but never expected to truly live her day dream... day by day.
